Shipping Information

All orders will be processed within 2-4 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation and after agreeing with customers on shipping terms based on specific cases. Once we ship your order, you will receive a notification.

Original artworks and in-stock prints will be properly packaged by experienced staff, who take great care in preserving and protecting the artwork.

For items labeled as "Prints," if they are not available in the selected size, they will be commissioned from an external company, which may cause delays depending on their production timelines.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you don't receive your order or encounter any issues related to the shipment, please contact us at store@valentinazaccaro.art and provide your name and order number. We will conduct the necessary investigations.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us as soon as possible at store@valentinazaccaro.art by sending the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
